TytoCare is a leading company in the booming field of telehealth and in the fight against COVID-19. The TytoCare solution enables healthcare providers, payers and employers to roll out next generation telehealth services for consumer and professional users. The company is growing and is looking for a Contract Manager to join the team to assist with contract administration and review process. The In House Legal / Contract Manager is responsible for contract review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts, also serving as coordinator for all contractual documents administration. In collaboration with the US VP Operations, prepare and negotiate complex and unique agreements for acquisition of goods and services such as hardware and software license agreements. This is a part-time position that can morph into a full-time position within six to nine months.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting Tyto’s partners –health systems across North America—in marketing the TytoHome device to end users. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and act as the primary marketing point of contact for designated partners. The position is ideal for someone who excels at planning, coordinating, and implementing campaigns for clients, knows how to provide exceptional service, and thrives in a start-up environment where your contributions drive tangible results. Responsibilities: Lead weekly/ bi-monthly marketing calls with partners, ensuring all deliverables are on track Recommend DTC best practices and learnings Manage co-branded marketing campaigns leveraging digital, social and search Develop and execute user engagement campaigns Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in meeting KPIs including sales, brand awareness and user engagement Manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Develop case studies and materials to demonstrate Tyto capabilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and vendors
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; preference for marketing, communications or related degrees
3+ years of proven experience in an advertising agency or marketing firm, in a clientfacing account/project management or similar role
Excellent communication skills, with ability to foster long-term relationships
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
Ability to work under deadlines and effectively manage multiple marketing campaigns at once
Excellent communicator in-person, on the phone, through e-mail and over web presentations
Comfort in a startup environment that moves quickly and ability to wear many hats in a dynamic environment
Experience in healthcare or related field a plus
Some travel as necessary
