TytoCare is a leading company in the booming field of telehealth and in the fight against COVID-19. The TytoCare solution enables healthcare providers, payers and employers to roll out next generation telehealth services for consumer and professional users. The company is growing and is looking for a Contract Manager to join the team to assist with contract administration and review process. The In House Legal / Contract Manager is responsible for contract review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts, also serving as coordinator for all contractual documents administration. In collaboration with the US VP Operations, prepare and negotiate complex and unique agreements for acquisition of goods and services such as hardware and software license agreements. This is a part-time position that can morph into a full-time position within six to nine months.

About the Role

Specific Responsibilities: Support the team with contract administration including reviewing, drafting, redlining, summarizing, negotiating, revising contract language, and process flow (MSAs, BAAs, NDAs). Build strong working relationships with sales, business development, finance and other teams. Identify and implement methods for streamlining legal agreements processes. Coordinate electronic signatures and maintain contract records and filings. Maintain legal templates, guidance and files. Create and manage contract management database and track renewals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a contract manager or equivalent role in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of legal contracts and related terminology.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities.
  • Experience working with large customers/organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Comfort in a startup environment that moves quickly and ability to wear many hats.
  • Hands on, can do attitude – must!
  • Healthcare legal experience is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or from New York City office as needed.
