TytoCare is a leading company in the booming field of telehealth and also in the fight against COVID-19. The TytoCare platform enables health system, payer and employer customers to roll out next generation telehealth solutions for consumer and professional users. Description: Lead implementation projects in the US working with large provider organizations and partners. The implementation lead is based out of New York City and is expected to travel as needed to customer locations across the US. The implementation lead is expected to both manage the customer project directly (interacting with customer executives/IT/clinicians/project managers, managing the project lifecycle, and aligning needed resources) and also handle the technical aspects hands-on (training personnel, installing the needed environment, solving technical issues, etc).
Plan, Implement, and manage the TytoCare solution at existing and new customers.
Proactively identify and manage project risks as necessary
Interact with customers and executives as part of the program roll out.
Support change management activities as needed by the customer.
Support and plan integration activities with customers and 3rd party partners.
Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions and interact with the software development groups to identify and resolve problems.
Monitor, gather and analyze data from various product and 3rd party system sources to accelerate adoption and achieve goals.
Interpret new customer needs and develop/convey engineering specifications to assist product development groups.
Travel nationwide to customer sites as and when necessary to fulfill the above responsibilities.

University / college degree
BA Computer Science, BA Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering – Preferred
Technology / Consulting background – Preferred
2+ years’ experience SW or Healthcare IT implementations – Preferred
